Mosaic is looking for a Health Services Assistant to join our team!

In this role, you will provide administrative assistance to the Direct Support Supervisor by scheduling medical appointments, completing any necessary medical forms, and by updating medical records.

What you'll do:



  • Effectively manage and schedule medical appointments for individuals served, notifying all appropriate personnel, and logging such appointments on the department calendar.
  • Communicate all updated medical information to the supervisor or nursing staff
  • Perform any data entry functions required to maintain detailed records of medication being administered and services provided.
  • Maintain a log of all medication used at each home.

Requirements

Ideally you have:



  • A passion to serve others
  • One year related experience
  • Effective communications skills - both written and verbal
  • A resourceful and solution-oriented mindset
  • High school diploma or equivalent
