The Business Intelligence Analyst works with the business intelligence SNA Reporting team. The team is responsible for working closely with the business and technical teams and is a contributor to the definition and analysis of how information assets drive business outcomes and is responsible for the development and maintenance of business intelligence and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

This role will take on a portion of the above duties as well as maintaining the business intelligence and reporting tools, which will include enhancements to existing reports and structures with some development. Also, there will be daily monitoring, troubleshooting and user support of BI platform tools and interfaces; daily/weekly/monthly/annual - report creation, maintenance and other business support for running the business activities and support the business intelligence team in overall department support/request of running the applications, reports and platforms. Furthermore, this individual should be capable of working in a team and individual environment, be self-driven within the responsibilities of this role.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's in Computer Science, Data/Information Science or Information Technology or 3 years work experience and a Degree in Science, Engineering, or Mathematics.

  • 3+ years professional experience inbusiness reporting applications from various source systems

  • Previous Work Experience in Data Analytics and Data Engineering

  • 3+ Years Working use of Power BI and Power Query

  • Experience in designing Power Automate Cloud and Desktop Flows

  • Knowledge and experience of data structures, data modeling, and data warehousing strategies.

  • Understanding of how data is turned into knowledge to support business decisions and possess an understanding of the business environment, competitive landscape and market.

  • Knowledge in Financial and Sales Reporting

  • Effective communication skills

  • Advanced Excel knowledge

Preferred Requirements:

  • Advanced knowledge with Microsoft PowerBI, Power Query and Excel

  • Experience with SAP

  • Experience with SAP BW

  • Experience with SQL

  • Experience with Python Script

  • Experience with Visual Basic Application (VBA) Macros

  • Experience with Microsoft Power Automate

  • Knowledge and/or hands-on practice with Microsoft Fabric a plus

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $96,614.00to $128,820.00.The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.

In addition to a competitive base salary, this position is also eligible for an annual corporate bonus plan, which is based on company performance and is not guaranteed, and a comprehensive benefits package including healthcare benefits (medical, dental, and vision), paid medical leave, a 401k plan with matching company contributions, vacation time, education assistance, student loan assistance program, eighty hours of paid sick leave time annually, and up to twelve weeks paid parental leave.
