What you'll be doing...

As a account services analyst, you will work with internal and external partners for support for one of our largest public sector customers. You will be responsible for supporting the account and sales team to grow revenue, build strong partnerships, and maintain a healthy account score. The Account services analyst is responsible for assembling, analyzing and processing key reports for service level management.

What we're looking for... You'll need to have:
  • Bachelor's degree or one or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience.

  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word PowerPoint, or Google Sheets pivot tables, basic formulas, reporting, and Vlook Up.

  • Experience in problem solving.

  • Communicating with customers and making recommendations for solutions to complex account concerns.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • Knowledge of data and voice networking fundamentals.

  • ITIL training or certification.

  • Experience with ServiceNow platform.

Where you'll be working

The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part-time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
