About the Role:

Sawdey is seeking a highly qualified Program Manager to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects involving the development, integration, and implementation of automated information and telecommunications systems. The Program Manager will oversee contract support operations across multiple projects and locations, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with client objectives. This key personnel role requires strategic leadership, strong communication skills, and deep experience in IT program management and the federal acquisition lifecycle.

Additional Responsibilities Include, but are not Limited To:



  • Provide overall leadership and direction for contract operations, including project planning, coordination, and execution
  • Manage large teams composed of IT and data professionals across multiple sites
  • Lead analysis, design, integration, and implementation of information systems
  • Develop and adapt corporate management structure to optimize contract execution
  • Ensure project alignment with acquisition milestones and program lifecycle requirements
  • Support DOD acquisition programs with expertise in systems engineering, configuration management, cost analysis, and compliance auditing


Experience Requirements:



  • 10 years of experience in program management
  • 15 years of leadership experience with increasing responsibility in the IT and/or consulting sectors
  • At least 2 years of experience supporting DoD ACAT I or ACAT III-level IT programs in areas such as:

    • Program Management (PM)
    • Systems Engineering (SE)
    • Cost Analysis (CA)
    • Configuration Management (CM)
    • Lifecycle compliance with DoD acquisition policies and regulations




Certificate, License, and Registration Requirements:



  • Active Project or Program Management certification (e.g., PMP or equivalent from an accredited institution)

    • Equivalent credentials may be considered if clearly documented and aligned with certification standards




Other Required Skills & Abilities:



  • Experience with the Information Technology Acquisition process and associated documentation


Security Clearance Requirements:

Secret Clearance

Other: Active IT-II security level or NACLC

US Citizenship Requirements:

This position supports a U.S. Government Contract whose terms require Sawdey Solution Services to staff it only with U.S. Citizens.
