Marketing Designer: This is where you come in. We're seeking a Marketing Designer to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you'll bring creativity and precision to the development of compelling proposals, presentations, and marketing collateral that reflect our brand and drive business growth across all areas of the company. You'll collaborate closely with business development, operations, and subject matter experts from New Construction, Special Projects, Building Performance, Service, Building Controls, and Smart Building Solutions to craft visually engaging and persuasive content that helps win work and showcase our leadership in the mechanical contracting industry. The Marketing Designer reports to Mike Merwin, Director of Marketing and Communications, and works closely with a creative, fast-paced team on initiatives that fuel business growth. - Three to five years of marketing design experience with a diverse portfolio across multiple platforms

- Strong organizational skills, intellectual curiosity, and attention to detail

Compensation: $75,000 to $95,000 annually MacDonald-Miller Facility Solutions presently provides employee coverage for:
