Position Overview:

This role provides exposure to the daily operations of a dynamic consulting firm and offers hands-on experience assisting with project coordination, team communications, and administrative workflows in a design and technical environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assists with managing project documentation, including file organization, version control, and submittal tracking.
  • Supports the preparation of proposals, presentations, and reports for client meetings and internal use.
  • Performs general office tasks such as data entry, scanning, filing, and scheduling.
  • Helps maintain project calendars, coordinate meetings, and record action items.
  • Collaborates with administrative staff, architects, and engineers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Maintains accuracy in formatting technical documents and ensuring brand consistency in templates and deliverables.
  • Participates in process improvement initiatives and support special projects as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Current student pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with Adobe Acrobat.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Interest in the A&E industry and eagerness to learn project workflows and office procedures.
  • Familiarity with A&E industry terminology or document standards preferred.
  • Exposure to design or project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Revit, or Deltek) preferred.
  • Previous internship or administrative experience in a professional services firm preferred.
