What you'll be doing...

You are responsible for tracking, communicating, managing and developing incident reports and owning the incident through to resolution. In this role, you'll be able to significantly impact the future of our Customer Service Organization, by ultimately transforming our contact centers into a satisfying customer engagement experience.

  • Proactively monitoring for incidents.

  • Building a strategic roadmap with both near and longer term goals.

  • Owning incident resolution.

  • Responsible for RCA creation.

  • Directing Service Assurances resources to resolve outages and incidents.

  • Ongoing evaluation of performance and continuous improvement.

  • Evaluating technology trends to identify potential opportunities for increased efficiency and enhanced customer experience.

Where you'll be working...
This hybrid role will have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days as set by the manager. To be eligible for this position, you must be located within a 60 minute commute of one of the locations specified on this job posting.

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.

  • Four or more years of experience in a business continuity and incident management position

  • Four or more years of experience solving enterprise network outages as an incident manager

  • Six or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • A degree.

  • Improved processes and organizational efficiency. Ideally, with a focus on customer satisfaction.

  • Influenced and motivated diverse teams and stakeholders in different locations, with varying interests.

  • Managed complex process change implementations.

  • Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt or higher.

The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part-time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
