Job Summary: Join an elite mission supporting U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) in the Southern California region, where your operational leadership will ensure seamless building maintenance and service delivery across a network of critical federal sites. As the Service Manager for DAWSON's contract team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day oversight of facility operations, preventive maintenance, repairs, and emergency response. You'll coordinate service teams across dispersed locations, maintain schedule integrity, and enforce service quality standards, ensuring the built environment supports the mission of securing America's borders.
