About the opportunity
Make your mark at the intersection of science, strategy, and leadership. SWCA Environmental Consultants is seeking a bold, collaborative, and future-focused Senior Vice President of Scientific and Technical Services to lead the next era of technical excellence, innovation, and integration across our SWCA. This is more than a leadership role - it's an opportunity to shape the future of applied environmental science and consulting while advancing our mission to protect what matters most. As SVP, you will champion technical integrity, develop and amplify talent, and translate our company-wide strategic goals into action - building further resilience and innovation into our DNA. You will work across disciplines, project teams, and geographies to avoid silos, cultivate shared success, and elevate both the client experience and our scientific reputation. We are looking for a leader who is grounded in science but driven by possibility - someone who is not afraid to challenge convention, inspire curiosity, and build toward what's next. This is a full-time, regular (with benefits), salaried position. It can be based in any SWCA office (in a hybrid work environment) or distributed.
