We are currently seeking an experienced Marketing Proposal Manager to join our Raleigh, NC office location. The Marketing Manager is responsible for working with a team of dynamic and highly collaborative professionals with a focus on pursuits, client communications, and creative engagement. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will be responsible for managing, overseeing, and directing marketing for our seven offices in North Carolina and South Carolina. Your time will primarily be spent training/managing others, overseeing the proposal process, implementing marketing plans, and communicating with leaders across the firm. You'll be managing marketing research, qualifications, proposals, and interview presentations. You'll maintain processes and procedures in direct support of the proposal process and working to continually improve our storytelling. As a mentor and manager, you will collaborate with the entire marketing team and manage the day-to-day activities of any direct reports, while ensuring timely completion of assignments. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to: * Manage, coordinate, and support proposal preparation and efforts, including driving go/no-go decisions * Manage marketing plans and marketing meetings * Monitor leads; manage daily lead and opportunity tracking across the firm * Prepare presentations on marketing efforts * Cultivate strong, trusted working relationships with management and technical staff * Take the lead role in the development of complex RFP responses. Skills/Requirements: * Minimum 7 Years' Experience in the AEC industry * Bachelor's Degree * Actively involved in the AEC community with existing relationships * Complete understanding of the AEC marketing process * Complete knowledge of Microsoft, Adobe, and Deltek with the ability to train others * Ability to develop and run multiple projects and teams with minimal oversight * Able to identify individual strengths and bring out the best in team members QualificationsAdditional InformationThe requirements listed are representative of the knowledge, skills and/or abilities required.
