Role Summary
Manheim is seeking a highly skilled and adaptable Financial Analyst II to join our team. The Financial Analyst II will report to the Sr. Finance Manager, Finance, and will assist in the implementation of processes to standardize and centralize financial reporting and analysis across the organization. This role will support in-depth financial analysis to support business decisions, create and support standardized forecasting models, and assist with business case preparation and presentation. This is a highly collaborative role requiring partnership with cross functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives. The analyst will be a key liaison with functional areas within the organization and will be responsible for supporting the Physical Marketplace. A focus on continuous improvement, including the centralization and enhancement of Finance processes and procedures, is essential to success in this position. The ideal candidate will leverage strong business acumen to provide strategic insights and support. This Financial Analyst II will be able to adapt to changing business needs and priorities, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach to problem solving. Qualifications:
USD 65,500.00 - 98,300.00 per year Compensation: Compensation includes a base salary of $65,500.00 - $98,300.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program. Benefits: The Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as much vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the company's needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for their own wellness or that of family members.
