Job Summary As a member of Belden's Solutions Consulting & Services team, the Practice Leader, Digital Infrastructure, is responsible for developing a team of Solution Consultants who design world class, scalable, low voltage Digital Infrastructure solutions across Enterprise, Hyperscale Datacenter and Industrial customer segments in the Americas region. The Practice Leader is a critical business partner to our direct and channel sales teams to drive growth and maximize Digital Infrastructure attachment in our customer solutions. The ideal candidate has previous experience leading teams who develop technical solutions, scope of works, material specifications, elevation and architectural drawings and services designs required to successfully deploy and manage solutions. Practice Leaders leverage experience and industry expertise to establish certification and training programs to continuously develop associates. The Practice Leader is skilled in the selection and implementation of best-in-class tools, systems and processes that drive accuracy, efficiency and scale. Practice Leaders are accountable for driving growth in their respective practices, strategy execution, maximizing the team's thought leadership through people development, implementing improvements in our customer experience, optimizing the team's efficiency, measuring effectiveness with KPIs and leading change. Applicants can expect a base compensation range of $130,000 to $175,000, plus benefits and additional incentives based on the level of the role.
