Symetra is seeking a Manager to join our Short-term Disability and Absence Claims Team! About the role In this role, you will manage a team of case managers who adjudicate short-term disability and/or absence management claims (federal, state and company specific leaves). You will direct and motivate your team to get results in line with department goals focused heavily on quality, time, and the customer experience. In addition, you will develop strategies to improve departmental structure and procedures based on team performance, market requirements, and growth initiatives. You will supervise employees, provide guidance and mentorship on general claim policy, time management, adherence to performance guarantees and customer expectations. What you will do

Compensation Salary Range: $70,600 - $117,600 plus eligibility for annual bonus program Who You Are
