Sr. Director, Human Resources Business Partner We have an opportunity for a Sr. Director, Hurman Resources Business Partner to join our People and Places team in Santa Clara, CA (HQ), or Tacoma, WA, reporting to the Chief People Officer. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing the talent strategy and driving the execution of HR solutions to ensure business success for Infoblox. Collaborating closely with R&D and G&A leadership, you will be a trusted advisor, functioning as an expert on talent and organizational development to senior executives while leading a talented and dedicated team of HRBP professionals. The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering business impact and truly understands the strategic value HR has in supporting and delivering on the business's key objectives. They should be a strategic and operationally savvy leader who can think globally, collaborates with diverse stakeholders, and builds a culture that attracts and enables world-class talent to make a significant impact.
