About This Role
The College of Health and Human Sciences (HHS) is seeking an IT Support Specialist II to join their team. This position will manage day-to-day help desk support services for HHS through overseeing student workers and being a second line of defense when they need assistance. The IT Support Specialist II will assist users by analyzing and researching IT issues, executing resolutions for IT issues, and responding to complications involving operating systems, software, hardware, and other IT applications used by both employees and students in the college. This position reports to the IT Director for HHS. Additional duties include, but are not limited to:
After-hours work may occasionally be required for classroom management support (depending on when classes are scheduled) and specific projects with the IT Director.
