The salary range for this position takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current range is: Grade: Professional 311 Pay Range: $97,100.00 - $145,600.00Job Description Job Profile Summary: The Senior Lead Skills Transformation Strategist plays a pivotal role in driving the transformation of WGU and partner organizations towards skills-based practices that unleash human potential and create pathways to opportunity for WGU students. Expertise in change management, project management, data standards, digital credentialing, record technologies, and skills-based practices are critical in helping WGU and partners achieve successful implementation and adoption of transformational projects.
