Job Summary Manages the operation, monitoring and maintenance of assigned facilities and related systems to include: HVAC (heating, ventilation and air conditioning) Plumbing and Electrical Systems. Plans and oversees the delivery of service to customers. Essential Duties
Manages, coaches, and develops direct reports to achieve performance goals and company objectives. Monitors the performance of assigned area staff including any permanent subcontractors. Maintains discipline of assigned Partners according to company policy. Conducts timely, complete and meaningful performance management conversations.
Minimum Requirements High School or GED is required. Bachelor's Degree in Facilities Management or related field is preferred. 5-7 years Proven experience as Facilities Manager or relevant position. Well-versed in technical/engineering operations and facilities management best practices. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational, presentation and leadership skills. Strong negotiation and influencing skills. Good analytical/critical thinking. TDIndustries is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
