Staffmark is hiring an experienced HVAC Refrigeration Maintenance Technician in Springdale, AR. If you're skilled in commercial HVAC and refrigeration repair and looking for a long-term career with great people and solid benefits, this is your next move!

Pay: $26-$35/hour (Based on experience)

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM | On-call rotation: 1 weekend per month

What You'll Be Doing:



  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems
  • Troubleshoot and repair rooftop units, walk-in coolers/freezers, and other equipment
  • Maintain accurate service records and complete work orders
  • Travel daily to restaurant sites (typically direct from home unless attending an office meeting)
  • Communicate clearly with restaurant managers and service teams



What You'll Need:



  • HVAC license (required)
  • 2+ years of experience in HVAC and refrigeration maintenance
  • Valid driver's license and clean MVR (Motor Vehicle Record)
  • Ability to pass pre-employment screening(s)
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
