Pay: $23.58 - $28.75/hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Monday - Thursday | 3:00 PM - 1:00 AM (Enjoy a 4-day workweek with 3-day weekends!)

What You'll Be Doing:



  • Set up, operate, and program CNC machines for production work
  • Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately
  • Perform precise measurements using standard and advanced tools
  • Conduct routine machine maintenance to ensure optimal performance
  • Perform quality checks on finished parts to ensure accuracy
  • Handle work orders and maintain production flow efficiently



What You'll Need:



  • Technical degree in Machine Tool Technology or related field
  • 2+ years of machining experience, including CNC operation
  • Solid understanding of precision measurement tools
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently
  • Positive attitude, strong attendance, and a passion for manufacturing
