Staffmark is seeking a detail-oriented Insurance Claims Specialist for a client in Shreveport, LA.
This is a great opportunity for someone with insurance claim experience and solid computer skills to join a supportive team.

Pay: Starting at $16/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (30-minute lunch break)

Responsibilities:



  • Follow up on insurance claims and resolve related issues
  • Handle appeals and work with secondary insurance
  • Experience with Medicaid, Medicare, personal, and company insurance is required
  • Maintain accurate documentation and respond to claim inquiries



Requirements:



  • Prior experience in insurance claims processing
  • Familiarity with Medicaid, Medicare, and various insurance providers
  • Basic computer proficiency and working knowledge of Microsoft Office software
