Performs a variety of administrative functions pertaining to regulatory and supply chain compliance support. Support includes, but is not limited to, FedEx operations, FedEx Global Trade Compliance Program, Customs Programs, and US domestic air cargo programs. The position will assist with regulatory compliance initiatives, including but not limited to screening international shipments, audits, and reports. Essential Functions
Minimum Education High School Diploma or GED required. Minimum Experience Three (3) years' experience working in an administrative function, including customer correspondence (phone and e-mail), assisting with audits, reports and working with established computer databases/tools required. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint. Preferred Qualifications: Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement. Pay: U.S. Pay Range: $22.11/hour - $36.85/hour; Colorado Pay Range: $22.11/hour - $35.31/hour; New York Pay Range: $23.34/hour - $36.85/hour; New York City Pay Range: $28.25/hour - $36.85/hour Additional Details: This position is fully remote and may be located anywhere within the United States excluding AK, HI and U.S. territories.
