Position Summary
The Coordinator of Premium Seating will work in conjunction with the Director of Premium Seating to strategically execute gameday operations for premium spaces, ensuring seamless and exceptional customer experiences. This role will work closely with The Georgia Bulldog Club ( TGBC) team with management of premium seating for stakeholders, participate in planning and executing premium donor events, and prepare gameday correspondence to premium ticket holders.

  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from individuals, customers and the general public.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with random issues.
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Prepare, negotiate, and ensure the fulfillment of contracts with vendors and service providers including but not limited to catering, custodial, and security.
  • Engage with suite owners and their guests to ensure an exceptional experience is delivered while developing and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Assist with all aspects of game-day and special event operations in premium seating areas in all of UGAAA's athletic venues.
  • Manage sport specific responsibilities as assigned by Premium Seating Director.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive event calendar.

Work in tandem with The GA Bulldog Club to:

  • Manage premium space rentals.
  • Secure suite contract renewals.
  • Produce annual invoices and process renewals for premium seating donors.
  • Execute Premium Seating donor communication including newsletters, guidelines, surveys, and post-game reports.

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Responsible for recruiting, training and mentoring a high-performance, part-time customer service support team.
  • Serve as an active member of the TGBC team, interact effectively with TGBC members in multiple settings (phone, email, at events, etc.).
  • Assist the Ticket Office with ticketing and pass distribution for all premium seating spaces.
