Hybrid Schedule: Onsite 3 A Week and 2 Days Remote

General Summary:

Reports to a Manager or Director within Information Services and is responsible for coordination and oversight of one or more IT related projects within the constraints of scope, quality, time and cost to deliver specified requirements and meet customer satisfaction. Projects will mainly consist of established or small to medium departmental level complexity.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:





  • Coordinates or oversees one or more IT related projects within the constraints of scope, quality, time and cost to meet the specified requirements to the satisfaction of the customer.





  • Update project documents and communication plans.



  • Communicate effectively with all project participants.



  • Understand project interdependencies and shared responsibilities for resource management.



  • Adapt to issues that have the potential to impact project milestone dates. Be prepared to communicate changes in plans to



  • accommodate.





  • Communicate project status, issues, budget



  • Scope and budget management



  • Tracks and reports on budgets associated with projects and participates in the creation of budgets.



  • Participates in the procurement process and identifies potential budget issues.





  • Facilitate project requirements development and tracking.



  • Participate in data gathering process for overall project justification.



  • Assist in prioritization process





Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:




  • Work requires the knowledge of theories, principles, and concepts typically acquired through completion of a Bachelor's degree in computer science, MIS, Business Administration or closely related field and five years of previous experience. Applicants with an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered for the position.
  • No certification, registration, or licensure required, however project management certification or experience is preferred.
  • Effective meeting management, presentation, time management and communication skills. Ability to plan, organize, direct, implement and evaluate processes to lead people and manage resources to achieve desired result. Must be goal oriented, pragmatic, self-disciplined, and organized with ability to facilitate, interact effectively with all levels of management.
  • Requires basic knowledge and understanding of the interrelationships of enterprise infrastructure technologies and information systems applications.
  • Ability to monitor and evaluate information, and to make necessary adjustments to procedures and program implementation. Awareness of need for timely communication, able to identify potential barriers and strategies, and able to synthesize and integrate information. Relies on experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals.
  • Ability to organize, create and maintain documents and effectively communicate status of project to all levels of the organization.



Salary Range: Minimum 28.50 per hour - Maximum 47.03 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.

In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
