Bay Cove Human Services' mission is to partner with people to overcome challenges and realize personal potential. Bay Cove pursues this mission by providing individualized and compassionate services to people facing the challenges associated with developmental disabilities, mental illness, substance use disorders, and homelessness at more than 175 program sites throughout Greater Boston and Southeastern Massachusetts. Schedule: Saturday 9a-4p, Sunday off, Monday 8:30a-4:30p, Tuesday 8:30a-5p, Wednesday 8:30a-5p, Thursday 8:30a-4:30p, Friday off Job Summary: Improving the quality of the lives of individuals and their families who face the challenges of developmental disabilities, aging, mental illness, and drug and alcohol addiction. We will accomplish this mission by providing effective and compassionate services and through advocacy and leadership. The Clubhouse Worker supports this mission performing the following tasks:
