The Undersea Technology Analysis Portfolio (UTAP) within SPA supports the Navy and other government organizations with timely and objective capability assessments, technology evaluations, and strategic planning that integrate the technical, operational, programmatic, policy, and business aspects of undersea warfare (USW) and broader Navy issues.

SPA has an immediate need for an Office Manager in support of NAVSEA 05T. #MC



Responsibilities

The SEA 05T Office Manager provides administrative assistance for the operations and personnel assigned to the NAVSEA Technology Office (SEA 05T). The position is located within the Naval Systems Engineering Directorate (SEA 05). The office manager works directly for the deputy director of SEA 05T (05TB) and coordinates with the SEA 05T Executive Assistance (05 TEA).

The general duties responsibilities include the group space coordinator (GSC) functions for office management pertaining to onboarding/offboarding/transfer of personnel, management and tracking of office capabilities (IT assets, supplies, etc.), drafting and documentation of internal notes/meeting minutes, policies and procedures to include creating and managing flow-charts in Visio. Support division and leadership meetings and action tracking.

DC Salary Range: $60-65 per hour.



Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

    HS Diploma
  • Experience in office management or administrative work
  • Ability to work onsite in Washington, D.C. up to full time
  • Use of MS Office suite

Desired Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience with relavent Navy systems SEA 05 Manpower Management (MPM) application, Electronic Data Warehouse (EDW), and USN Flank Speed Environment (FSE).
