We are looking for a passionate and driven Digital Marketing Specialist CRM-Email to join our team. As a key member of the marketing operations department, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing email campaigns that promote our products and services. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and understands the industry's best practices related to campaign and email development and deployment. The candidate is easy to do business with, agile, can manage multiple projects at the same time, meet goals, and work with multiple stakeholders. This person can explain best practices for campaign journeys, manage the development and implementation of campaigns and overarching changes to the SFMC to improve campaign results, and think creatively to solve problems. You will play a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space, driving email traffic, engagement, acquiring leads/customers and driving retention. What You'll Do

Join the Cox family of businesses and make your mark today! USD 49,200.00 - 73,800.00 per year Compensation: Compensation includes a base salary of $49,200.00 - $73,800.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program. Benefits: The Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as much vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the company's needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for their own wellness or that of family members. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, and parental leave.
