We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative in Delevan, WI. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting sales operations by delivering exceptional customer care and sales support. This position involves providing innovative solutions to drive sales growth, as well as effectively managing both internal activities and external customers' expectations to ensure superior customer service. *Key Responsibilities:* * Customer Care: Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction. * Sales Support: Assist the sales team by providing necessary support, including order entry and data management. * Solutions Development: Develop and implement solutions to enhance sales growth and improve customer experience. * CRM Management: Utilize Salesforce and SAP to manage customer relationships and sales data efficiently. * Order Processing: Handle order entry and ensure accurate and timely processing of customer orders. * Data Entry: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. * Expectation Management: Manage customer expectations and ensure that all commitments are met in a timely manner. *Required Skills:* * Customer Service: Proven experience in customer service and support roles. * Sales Support: Experience in supporting sales teams and managing sales-related activities. * Call Center Experience: Previous experience in a call center environment is preferred. * Order Entry: Proficiency in order entry and data management. * CRM Systems: Strong knowledge of CRM systems, particularly Salesforce. * Customer Care: Ability to provide exceptional customer care and resolve issues effectively. * Data Entry: Accurate and efficient data entry skills. *Additional Skills & Qualifications:* * SAP or ERP Systems: Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is highly desirable. * Salesforce or CRM Systems: Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM systems is essential. * Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically. * Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with team members and other departments. * Adaptability: Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
