What you'll do:

As a Senior Card Operations Administrator, you'll be responsible for overseeing process and controls documentation and risk remediation for Card Operations at an enterprise level. Manage policy and procedure review for the entire Card Operations team, which includes operations, servicing, implementation and management. Directly assist management to close audit issues timely, prior to aging; and collaborate with the card operations' teams to identify opportunities for process improvements with a goal of increasing process quality and efficiency.
  • Responsible for leading collaborative meetings with teams/managers to document processes and develop new/update existing policies and procedures;
  • Under minimal guidance, conduct testing to ensure mitigation of identified operational risks and adherence to regulatory/compliance requirements;
  • Assess Card Operations policies and procedures
  • Determine effectiveness related to risk controls;
  • Identify potential control weaknesses;
  • Make recommendations for remediation;
  • Ensure business readiness;
  • Independently analyze, solve, and correct issues in real time, providing problem resolution end-to-end; and
  • Provide progress reports and recommendations to management and assist in special card operations related projects, as assigned.

What you'll need:

  • 3+ years of related experience with card operations and servicing and/or risk management and regulatory compliance.
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management and/or other commercial banking products and services.
  • Intermediate knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices.
  • Intermediate to advanced experience with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel) and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Intermediate to advanced experience with office computer system operation (Microsoft Office products).
  • Intermediate to advanced analytical skills and attention to detail working with large datasets. Intermediate to advanced experience presenting findings in a clear, actionable way.
  • Advanced speaking and writing communication skills.
  • Experience with executing results-driven initiatives preferred.
