Beverage Careers Food Careers The Receptionist answers phones and performs light secretarial duties or other projects as assigned. * Answer incoming calls * Perform routine data entry * Perform basic bookkeeping activities * Maintain office records * Assist with research projects * Attend meetings as required * Provide administrative and clerical support wherever needed * Ensure that the BEK administrative requirements are performed accurately and in a timely manner * Prioritize multiple, competing priorities * Perform job duties in a manner that protect employee and company confidentiality * Project a friendly, professional image at all times * Perform other administrative duties as assigned Job Qualifications Ability to learn and use relevant internal computer applications * Ability to use 10-key by touch preferred * Basic computer skills preferred * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) preferred * Ability to work in a fast paced environment * Able to coordinate multiple activities and follow through with commitments * Good oral and written communication skills and participate well in a team environment * Must be highly motivated and results oriented, with a strong attention to detail * Must be organized with the ability to handle multiple priorities * Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations * Must be able to read and write English * Must be 18 yrs. or older to apply * High school graduate or GED required Ben E.
