Our Modern, Flexible Workplace: Summary of the Job: We're looking for a developer with strong front-end skills to join our growing GenAI team. In this role, you'll create intuitive user interfaces that make AI capabilities accessible and valuable across our organization. You'll work with modern front-end frameworks to build responsive, user-friendly experiences while also contributing to our back-end systems. As technology in this space evolves rapidly, you'll have the opportunity to continuously learn and apply new techniques and tools. We value team members who stay curious, share insights about emerging trends, and help us adapt our approach as GenAI capabilities advance. Your contributions will directly drive our transformation efforts as we reimagine banking processes and customer experiences. Working in our collaborative team environment, you'll participate in design, development, and testing while having ownership over your projects. You'll also connect with other development teams, helping them integrate our GenAI capabilities into their own applications as we expand these tools throughout FNBO. Compensation: Compensation range (base pay): $77,807.00-$128,381.00This role may have a specific starting pay within this range. Final compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon work experience, education, and/or skill level.
