Business Systems Analyst
Overview The Technical Business Intelligence Analyst will act as a liaison between Waters business divisions, functional IT teams and the Business Intelligence team. Working with key business stakeholders and key team members of IT, this resource will lead translating business strategies to necessary business outcomes and technical deliverables. The BI Technical Analyst will become an expert in business processes and the applications used by the business to drive key performance indicators (KPIs). From this the BI Technical Analyst will translate analytics/reporting business requirements into detailed technical designs, ensuring scalable and efficient solutions. The BI Technical Analyst will also work in conjunction with the IT Leadership and PMO to align with the business on prioritization of solution work, providing detailed communication on scheduled progress, testing and release of project work. This position will provide ample cross-functional exposure across various internal departments. The analyst role is ideal for an individual seeking to deliver impactful intelligence projects to support Waters strategic decisions at the executive level. Responsibilities
Front facing IT representative to manage/deliver analytics/report business requests and effectively convert into implementable solutions or actionable analysis
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in quantitative discipline such as Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics/Statistics or another related major field of study and 2 or more years' experience in a data analytics decision support role.
