Responsibilities
Senior VP- Clinical Practice- Behavioral Health The Senior Vice President, Clinical Practice has the primary responsibility for setting the direction and focus of the clinical practice provided at all Horizon contracted programs. The Senior Vice President, Clinical Practice is responsible for the development and implementation of clinical materials and resources for all Horizon contracted staff. The Senior Vice President, Clinical Practice will assist the VP of Clinical Services staff to analyze and trend available clinical data; including Clinical Quality Outcome Indicators (CQI) and Risk Management data (Fall, R&S, Med Error etc.) to identify opportunities for performance improvement (PI), clinical initiatives and business development opportunities. This person must have a strong working knowledge of regulatory/accreditation standards, team development, and clinical services. Highly developed organizational, interpersonal and management skills. Strong skills in oral and written communication and proficiency in Microsoft Office is required. Maintains confidentiality regarding patient information and quality, performance and risk management information. This individual is an active member of the company Senior Leadership team.
