To support this critical initiative, we are seeking talented Recruiters to join our team and help secure the top IT/Rev Cycle/ Corporate professionals needed for its success. This role involves interviewing pre-qualified top-tier candidates, maintaining excellent relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and the community at-large, and managing the full recruitment lifecycle from initial sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding. Shift: Days, full time Hybrid: Remote with some onsite requirements EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Bachelor's Degree in human resources, business or other related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience required. Minimum of 1-2 years of recruiting experience required. High volume recruitment experience strongly preferred. Experience with corporate recruiting preferred. Current working experience that includes understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle process (lead generation, managing the internal/external process, extending an offer and closing a candidate).
