IT Associate Business Analyst

Summary:

The position provides customer support, requirements gathering, analysis, and maintains product documentation for a suite of internally developed applications supporting the Real Estate Capital line of business. This position is part of a team supporting the Real Estate Capital line of Business and will be located at the Overland Park Kansas Campus.

Technology Skills:
SQL knowledge

Azure Dev Ops, Jira or other ticketing experience (preferred)

Crystal Reports, Tableau, Power BI or other reporting tools (preferred)

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business or technology related major or equivalent experience
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint applications

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Expert in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint applications

Project management experience

Experience in Business Analysis; familiarity with Agile, SCRUM, Waterfall

Scrum Master Certification (preferred)

Technical specification documentation

Experience working on geographically diverse teams

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $61,000 to $94,000 annually depending on job-related factors such as level of experience. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for short-term incentive compensation and deferred incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance.
