Resource Operations Manager

Your Day-to-Day:

1. Identify and promote opportunities for positive change

2.Provide integrated resource plan for engineering personnel within area of responsibility and establish self as US PWR primary interface for SIOP team.

3. Ensure use of adequately trained project managers and reload project engineers to implement standard programs / projects.

4. Provide integrated plans across programs / projects; implement cost efficiencies through effective sourcing and logistics practices.

5. Manage project budgets and invoices, report/understand project financial performance, and review monthly financial forecasts.

6. Implement business relationships with engineering organizations to adequately support revenue projects.

7. Implement personnel performance improvement and skills development process to assure Westinghouse competitiveness.

8. Implement organizational project management procedures and be primary interface with Project Management Organization and Global Shared Services

9. Arrange and manage project reviews for FH&ES product portfolio

10. Support organizational audits as FH&ES representative.

Who You Are:

As a successful candidate, you will bring the following to the team:

• 
  

  Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering or related technical discipline.

  
  
• 
  

  Minimum 8 years of applicable esxperience; Ten to fifteen years of related experience in engineering environment is preferred.

  
  
• 
  

  Solid working knowledge of nuclear fuel engineering services, safety analysis, and technology business.

  
  
• 
  

  Understanding of business and financial management processes, including balance sheet and cash flow management.

  
  
• 
  

  Project management and/or reload project management qualification

  
  
• 
  

  Proven ability to make decisions with limited data
