HRIS Analyst

Job Summary

The HRIS Analyst provides primary support for Workday and related systems, troubleshoots issues, manages updates, develops training resources, and ensures data accuracy through audits and testing. This role manipulates and analyzes system data, builds cross-functional relationships to enhance processes, and stays current with technological advancements.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for Workday and related systems support
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, escalating complex problems when needed
• Process system updates while maintaining data integrity
• Create training resources and documentation to promote system adoption
• Lead training sessions and provide one-on-one guidance to stakeholders
• Perform regular system audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance
• Conduct user acceptance testing for system updates and enhancements
• Extract, manipulate, and analyze system data as needed
• Build cross-functional relationships to improve processes
• Identify opportunities for enhancing user experience and efficiency
• Stay informed about relevant technological developments
• Perform other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Experience providing excellent internal customer service
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Capacity to navigate ambiguity and learn quickly
• Self-motivated with strong project ownership
• Aptitude for data analysis and reporting
• Experience building cross-functional relationships

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of HRIS administration, implementation, or support experience
• 1+ years using Excel formulas and Pivot Tables.
