Summary of Position: (Concise Overview)

Records 135 and 145

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Review all Flight and Maintenance Discrepancy Forms for correct sign offs, RIIs, completeness, and maintenance release

* Update Maintenance Information System (MIS)

* Update envelope entries to matchMaintenance Information System (MIS)

* File Flight logs and maintenance records as received

* Archive aircraft records as required

* Update status in log books as required


Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED):

(Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Education, Licenses & Certifications)

* Detail Oriented

* Excellent Clerical Skills

* Excellent Organizational Skills

* Experience with Microsoft Office

* A& P License

* BA Degree
