Hourly Pay Range:

$26.36 - $39.54 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Position Highlights:

  • Position: Major Incident Analyst - IT Operations
  • Location: 4201 Winfield Road, Warrenville, IL
  • Full Time
  • Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am - 4:30pm
  • Hybrid Role: fully onsite for training (few weeks) then transition to WFH, expectation of being available for team meetings / onsite if needed.
  • On-Call Rotation: You will be on-call 1 week at a time and in a rotation with the support team which is currently 4.

Job Summary:

As the IT Operations Major Incident Analyst at Endeavor Health, you will be responsible for supporting the IT operations department to perform analysis, support and coordination across various IT technical and application teams. This position relies on connecting concepts across both applications and technology, applying basic IT systems concepts to resolve issues that may have system-wide impact. This work will involve coordinating and ensuring the successful delivery and management of single or multiple projects within scope, quality, time and cost constraints. IT Operations Analyst will help execute projects, tasks and supporting activities to ensure and position Endeavor Health for operational success in the future, with a focus on providing safe, seamless, and personal care.

To be successful in this role, you will be expected to remain updated on the latest solutions and technologies and advocate for the adoption of industry best practices.

What you will do:

  • Implement and coordinate standard practices and processes as assigned for IT Awards and other IT operations related activities.
  • Assist and support completion of IT-related grants and surveys within provided deadlines.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively to a variety of stakeholders.
  • Takes lead in resolving issues, including more complex issues.
  • Must have the ability to work independently or in a team setting and perform small to medium size project coordination work.
  • Work with IT leaders to identify and resolve risks, opportunities, and areas for development dealing with IT operations support activities, projects or tasks.
  • Perform other duties as requested.

What you will need:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Certification: Certified Associate in Healthcare and Information Management Systems (CAHIMS) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) - (either preferred).
  • Experience: Six (6) or more years of experience in Information Technology
  • Unique or Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with ServiceNow.
  • Great interpersonal, organizational and decision-making skills.
  • Possess effective verbal and written communication
  • Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change.
  • Possess analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Proficient in use of Microsoft Office/Office365 Platform
  • Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
