Hourly Pay Range: $26.36 - $39.54 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.Position Highlights:
Job Summary: As the IT Operations Major Incident Analyst at Endeavor Health, you will be responsible for supporting the IT operations department to perform analysis, support and coordination across various IT technical and application teams. This position relies on connecting concepts across both applications and technology, applying basic IT systems concepts to resolve issues that may have system-wide impact. This work will involve coordinating and ensuring the successful delivery and management of single or multiple projects within scope, quality, time and cost constraints. IT Operations Analyst will help execute projects, tasks and supporting activities to ensure and position Endeavor Health for operational success in the future, with a focus on providing safe, seamless, and personal care. To be successful in this role, you will be expected to remain updated on the latest solutions and technologies and advocate for the adoption of industry best practices. What you will do:
