Field Technician - Access Control Systems

Location: Green Bay, WI

We're seeking a skilled Field Technician to join our Green Bay team, focusing on installing and maintaining security systems from top brands like Brivo, Eagle Eye, Open Path, RS2, Hanwha, and Vanderbilt.

• Install and troubleshoot access control, CCTV, intercoms, and security systems.
• Ensure precise wiring, system adjustments, and customer satisfaction.
• Remove and replace electrical hardware and door components safely.
• Provide detailed wiring diagrams upon project completion.
• Communicate professionally with customers, sales teams, and supervisors.

• Technical certification, relevant experience, or military background in electrical/mechanical fields.
• Knowledge of low-voltage wiring, blueprints, and troubleshooting.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a valid driver's license with a clean record.
• Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs., climb ladders, and perform hands-on tasks.
