Regional Sales Specialist - healthcare construction (South & Southeast states)

Arjo is seeking a Regional Sales Specialist to pursue, uncover, and manage Arjo Ceiling Lift construction project opportunities in the South and Southeast states. In this hybrid Sales/Project Manager role, you will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that all Ceiling Lift installation project elements meet customer expectations and due dates.

This is a customer-facing position that will require approximately 50% overnight travel, including regular visits to customer healthcare facilities in major metro areas in the south and southeast states.

Day-to-Day Activities and Responsibilities:



  • Promote and present the value of Arjo Ceiling Lift solutions to drive patient and caregiver safety outcomes.
  • Present Arjo Ceiling Lifts as a comprehensive solutions package to End Users, Architects, Equipment Planners, Engineers, General Contractors and Customer Planning Teams.
  • Develop and manage relationships with Architects, Equipment Planners, General Contractors and Customer Planning teams.
  • Support Arjo Corporate Account Teams in promoting Arjo Ceiling Lift solutions to national accounts and regional IDN groups.
  • Support local Arjo Sales Reps in the Acute, Government and Long Term care market spaces, through technical and product application expertise.
  • Develop and maintain short-range and long-term plans to drive revenue to meet established quotas.
  • Recommend changes in products, services, and policy by evaluating competitive developments and customer feedback.



Qualifications:



  • 5+ years of successful track record in medical device sales; experience selling installed capital equipment in the healthcare environment preferred.
  • Demonstrated success meeting sales quotas.
  • Strong, demonstrable, communication skills - verbal, written and presentation.
  • Intermediate skills in MS Office and Sales Force technology platforms.
  • Project Management and knowledge of Construction specifications is helpful. Ceiling Lift experience a plus.
  • Intermediate skill in AutoCAD and BIM technologies a plus.
  • Must have valid driver's license and able to travel overnight approximately 50%
  • Able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 35lbs and climb a ladder.
