Job Summary

The NetApp GTM Sales Data and Analytics team is looking for a Director of Business Insights to join us to drive global sales reporting, analysis, and insights. In this role, you will help support the sales team globally, supporting analysis, developing standard reporting and insights and driving enablement. You'll work closely with the sales and cross functional leadership teams, providing key business insights. You'll help plan, perform, and implement process improvement initiatives while organizing and facilitating cross-functional project teams.

In this position you'll maintain close relationships throughout the organization, within the sales operations and sales teams, as well as supporting areas. Your key role will be to develop and maintain reporting and analysis. Excellent analytical and communication skills are required. Other duties will include compiling, analyzing, validating, and interpreting data across all channels, weekly insights packages, creating dashboards, and participating in various structured and ad Hoc analysis projects.

Primary job responsibilities
* All matters related to sales analytics, business reviews, and driving insights for sales
* Drive pipeline health metrics and reporting
* Drive regional and area level metrics and analysis
* Provide business insights and
support to sales leadership and recommendations on how to improve sales productivity, regional consistency and business growth
* Cross-functional collaboration with all stakeholders in regional and global capacities
* Drive consistency on initiatives and metrics
* Help prioritizing resources to best
support the business
* Coordinate and drive the team projects and initiatives and measure success based on
corporate KPIs
* Coordinate and lead programs and analysis

Job Requirements
  • Strong data analysis, data modeling, and forecasting skills. Analytical, Data driven leader with experience building / executing growth strategies for successful sales organizations.
  • Preference for experience in hybrid and public cloud models, including consumption and subscription. Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to work at executive level.
  • The ideal candidate will have 10+ years working in the technology sector within Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Finance, or similar functions in a leadership role, ideally with experience inthe following:
    * Driving forecasting, planning and analytical functions
    * Advanced experience with spreadsheets and Tableau and Power BI
    * Strategic and tactical skills with great cross-collaboration abilities
    * Experience implementing cross-organizational reports and dashboards
    * Enthusiastic, detail-oriented, results-oriented, and team-focused
    * Demonstrated solid customer service and interpersonal skills in a fast-paced environment
    * Excellent communication skills and experience presenting to executive level stakeholders
Education

Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field; master's degree preferred

Compensation:
The target salary range for this position is 208,420 - 269,720 USD. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, Performance-Based Incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU's), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies. Benefits may vary by country and region, and further details will be provided as part of the recruitment process.
