Description The Senior Business Systems Analyst will focus on 3 key areas of responsibility: Product Management, Product Testing, and Status Report while interacting with onshore and offshore development resources, vendors, professional service providers, and global business partners. Functional Responsibilities: Product Management (50%) * Follow established demand management process to engage global business partners on requirements gathering * Follow established governance process to prioritize requests * Develop business analysis deliverables, including but not limited to, workflows and process models, detailed business requirements, use cases, business rules, release notes, change management documentation, etc. * Conduct requirement review with global business users as well as with internal application teams * Partner with the delivery team to assess technical feasibility and obtain estimates for the Product Backlog items * Manage blockers and impediments to the release plan Product Testing (10%) * Create test strategy, and produce test scripts for medium to complex enhancements * Execute testing for medium to complex enhancements Status Report (40%) * Write weekly status report * Propose and produce KPIs using Excel features such as pivot, vlookup, graphing, etc. * Ability to produce presentation at an executive level Skills * User stories, Business systems analysis Top Skills Details * User stories, Business systems analysis Additional Skills & Qualifications Qualifications * 6+ years in business systems analysis with at least 3-4 years of experience with large scale and complex systems * Excellent oral and written communication skills * Excellent analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with attention to details * Must know Jira (create a Jira ticket, write story, create dashboard, and report status, etc.) * Accounting / licensing / participations experience * Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle * Scrum Master and Agile certification is preferred Tools: * MUST be excellent with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel * Proficient with Microsoft Word, Project, Visio Experience Level * Expert Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $87.00/hr.
