Our client's communications infrastructure group has consistently grown and taken on market share across the DMV supporting all types of telecommunications customers. With the continuous industry initiatives around capacity and bandwidth demand they are consistently receiving requests from carriers, MSO's, etc. to expand their lines of business/geographical footprint. Most recently, our client has won a lot of work within the Florida footprint relating back to raw land (greenfield) fiber deployment construction builds. In addition, they are also in the process of acquiring ITMS projects (intelligent traffic management systems) including intersection builds, roadways, traffic signals, sensors, cameras, pole swaps, etc. We are in the need of a Construction Manager to provide oversight on their behalf overtop the subcontractors and internal crews for this build. The daily duties of this resource will consist of daily reports, quality control, onsite inspection, coordination/scheduling of vendors, internal/external stakeholder communication, etc. This will be a combination of OSP fiber deployment and ITMS. Need to be able to provide coordination and close out documentation to end clients of Project Managers. They will get a company vehicle. This position is 100% in the field. This resource needs to have a very strong understanding of OSP underground construction and general foundation of builds. While these jobs are particular to fiber and smart device deployments, the CM does not need to have telecom specific experience just overall underground construction experience including but not limited to pole mounts, pedestal foundations, conduit support, etc. *Top Skills Details* 1. 5+ years of OSP telecommunications construction management experience (Underground construction experience is mandatory, ITMS is preferred). 2. Ability/experience to coordinate with various vendors and internal/external stakeholders through job completion. 3. Ability to manage/supervise OSP field crews, not limited to scheduling, client coordination, quality control, BOMs, close out documentation, etc. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
