*Job Description*
A local Healthcare company is looking for a Project Manager to help with their outsourcing partner that handles a lot of their operations. The Project Manager will help to assist with managing the correct stakeholders responsible for resolution of the issues. 1. Bring the queue of trouble tickets down by coordinating work for all the parties involved 2. Help develop a framework for the trouble tickets to be resolved by the stakeholders automatically without the need for a Project Manager. *Top Skills:* 1. Experience with managing multiple projects ideally within the Healthcare industry. 2. Experience with stakeholder management and building out framework for working through issues within a healthcare operations setting. 3. Excellent written & verbal communication skills and experience working with outsourcing vendors is a plus *Responsibilities:* * The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of assigned projects. This includes but is not limited to the items listed below: * Oversee the Risk/Issues log and push/track to completion (for each deliverable) * Work with the teams to reduce all issues on the issue log to under 5 total (For Internal Operations). * Develop/Modify a Dashboard for reporting Tower Level Metrics for Internal Operations. * Develop a comprehensive list to help track, follow-up and resolve escalations and status follow-ups (via email, CIRF system (Customer Inquiry Request Form), Salesforce system, and/or items brought up in meetings). * Partner with various stakeholders to review and implement continuous improvement opportunities. * Provide weekly status updates on progress of work efforts. * Creates, revises and manages, to on-time completion, project schedules - whether for Internal Operations-only projects or Internal Operations deliverables. * Assists the overall team in the identification, assessment, and planning of risk mitigation in order to meet the expectations. Required Skill Sets and Level of Competency: * Leadership - Setting a positive example, providing guidance, resolving conflicts, and fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. * Organizational Skills - Ability to create and manage project plans, timeliness, budgets, and resources. * Problem Solving - Ability to identify problems, analyze their root causes, and developing effective solutions to keep the project progressing. * Risk Management - Ability to assess, mitigate, and manage risks proactively and preventing risks from becoming issues. * Adaptability - Ability to adjust to changes in scope, priorities, requirements, and other unknown situations/escalations that arise in operations. * Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook). * Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with team members, stakeholders, vendors, executives. * Documentation Skills - Maintaining accurate and up-to-date project documentation such as tracking progress, decisions, and changes which are critical in ensuring accountability. This includes ability to develop Dashboards that show keep metrics and pulse of the operational area(s). *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $58.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
