This RF Technician Helper will be supporting wireless small cell and ODAS deployments within the DMV for the major carriers. They will be working in teams of 2-4 and will be working underneath Lead Technicians. They will be responsible for the mounting/testing of all RRH (Remote Radios Heads) and Antennas (No implementation will be necessary at this time). They will be mounting the systems, perform alignment, and testing utilizing OTDR, Power Meters, and Spectrum Analyzers. This will include Shell work/upgrades, 5G antennas, pre-builds in warehouse, and possible trial periods. There will be a customer interaction portion to these deployments as well so need to be professional. Candidates will likely be used to support Rooftop builds as well. *Top Skills Details* 1. 1+ years of experience performing telecommunications construction (ISP/OSP preferred). 2. Solid knowledge of hand tools and mechanical aptitude (telecommunications preferred). 3. Strong work ethic, reliable, communication, team player, and willingness to learn. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr.
