Essential Job Duties |
This position supports the department in processing and approving various college-wide financial transactions, including journals, vouchers, and purchasing. Responsibilities also include coordinating and processing Project Modification Requests (PMRs) for budget modifications, subawards, No-Cost Extensions (NCEs), salary redistributions, and closeouts. The role involves performing related duties as required, including participating in special projects that support the department. Additionally, the position is responsible for documenting and maintaining financial processing guidelines and policies. The individual also serves as a PCard Reconciler for assigned units and acts as a backup for various other units as needed. |
