Modeler/Drafter

Belcan is looking for a Modeler / Drafter. This position will be in the Indianapolis office with the opportunity for remote capability a couple of days a week after re-evaluation at six months. This will be a direct full-time position with full benefits. Great matching candidates will have experience utilizing a 3D CAD software. You will be working with engineers to help design, model, and draft anything from tubes, brackets, tooling, fixtures, up to engine hardware including vanes and blades.

Job Duties:
Parametric modeling / drafting.
Communication skills both written and verbal.

Required:
2+ years of 3D CAD software experience.
Following guidelines, standards, and procedures.
U.S. Citizenship is a requirement.

Preferred:
Experience with Siemens NX software. Current version is NX 1973.
Aerospace background.
Teamcenter.
Knowledge of ANSI/ASME Y14.5.
Knowledge of GD&T.
Ability to help mentor.

Compensation:
We provide a competitive pay and benefits package. This position offers a salary of $42,000 to $64,000 . Belcan considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to education, experience, geographic location, and discipline.
