Role ResponsibilitiesInclude: Review treatment programs and processes within the account ensuring effective applications through routine testing and monitoring resulting in customer satisfaction and business retention. Maintain and build business relationships Conduct the necessary site and LMS/classroom training programs to understand the overalloperations of the territory accounts and new customer sites Develop and implement sales plans on new opportunities with the direction of the Account Manager including documenting ROI after the closure of the program. Establish, maintain and prioritize an accurate and current sales funnel in SFDC. Manage profitability of the account (pump settings, pricing, accounts receivable) Review territory applications and processes/procedures for safety improvements Qualifications: Required: Bachelor's Degree Problem solver Strong work ethic Focus on safety Proficiency in MS Office programs (Word, Excel) Good communication skills both written and oral Must have a valid Driver's License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record Must be authorized to work in the United States Desired: Bachelor's degree related to Pulp & Paper Science, Engineering, or Life Science 3+ years of experience working in a pulp/paper mill or for a supplier to the paper industry 1+ years of successful technical sales or field support experience Successful completion of aninternship/Co-Op Experience working in a packaging mill Independent worker Customer focused We understand that candidates will not meet every single desired qualification.
