Residential Treatment Worker - Wilson ( Full Time) Pawtucket, RI Shifts: 2nd,3rd, Weekends & Holidays Our men's substance use residential program in Pawtucket, RI is hiring a residential treatment worker! Treatment workers play a vital role in providing clients with safety and structure. Wilson House staff work as a highly supportive team- promoting recovery and dignity for our residents in a home-like atmosphere. As the treatment worker, you will assist clients by monitoring and supporting all activities of daily living and house upkeep including monitoring medications, safety checks, admissions, cleaning, cooking, accompanying clients to groups and meetings, and offering social-emotional support as needed. Treatment workers are full and valued members of our team. This is an ideal job for an individual who is highly motivated to partner with clients in change, promote recovery, and advance in the human services field through learning and growth opportunities. Candidates with diverse backgrounds and lived experiences are strongly encouraged to apply. Education/Licensing Requirements: Preferred: Associates degree in human services or related discipline OR attending school towards this degree with at least one year experience. Must have current CPR/AED and First Aid. If you do not have this certification, you can obtain it while employed at the agency. Bilingual candidates preferred but not a requirement.
