JOB OVERVIEW:

Helps maintain inventory levels and product quality by performing essential clerical functions, including records compilation and retention, computer updates and requisition preparation. This provides La Colombe with up-to-date inventory records to ensure efficient shipping and high confidence in customer products.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Monitors and maintains accurate inventory levels by performing regular cycle counts on a daily and weekly basis

  • Maintains Defective Material log

  • Completes warehouse SO Scans to audit work

  • Perform recount & minimal-variance investigations

  • Conduct various audits and subsequent reporting for non-conformance, bay movement, and trailer stock

  • Upload purchase orders and perform supporting data entry tasks

  • Participate in continuous improvement projects

  • Perform other duties as assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School Diploma and two years of experience with cycle counting and inventory control processing is preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Strong communication skills both written & verbal.

  • Computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite strongly preferred.

  • Must be able to work overtime including occasional weekend hours for month-end inventory tasks.

  • Must be able to abide by all required Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).

  • Must be able to pass all pre-employment screens (including drug, background).

  • Regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms

  • Occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds

  • Specific vision abilities required include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus

Compensation Range:$20.00-$25.00, plus bonus.
